How to Register

Complete the registration form found either in this brochure or download and print the registration form from our website, www.richfieldartstudio.com. Mail it with your payment to:

Register early to avoid being closed out of a class. We accept checks, credit cards, and money orders. Payments need to be received 5 days prior to the first class. Payment plans are available for all oil painting and 14-week sessions, contact Sarah Costic at 440-668-3976 for more information.

Tuition & Art Fees

Tuition for each class includes instructional fees and use of all of the tools and equipment that the studio provides. Our art instructors are either certified art educators or craft specialist. Art Fees includes the cost of consumable materials per class.  Art Fees are optional for all Painting and Drawing classes. You are welcome to use your own art materials if you prefer. Supply kits are available as a convenience to you for each class. Simply check that you want a supply kit and it will be waiting for you at your first class! Additional art supplies may be purchased from the studio’s Candy Shop. 

All ceramic material: clay and glaze that is to be fired in the studio kilns must be purchased from the Richfield Art Studio. This is to ensure consistent  kiln firing that are stress free. We want all of your artwork to be successful and if we know what materials go into the kiln we will know what will come out J!

Cancellation Policy

Classes are subject to cancellations due to insufficient enrollment. This decision will be made 3 days prior to the start date. In the event of cancellation, our office will notify you. You may elect to convert the registration to another class or initiate a refund process. 

If you cancel: to receive a refund, you must notify the office 24 hours prior to the start date of the class. No refunds are given after a class begins.  

Students will not be offered make up classes if the student cannot attend.

Inclement weather: may cause a class cancellation. The instructor will reschedule a canceled class on a Sunday or on the same day during the week in between each class session. In the event of bad weather please contact the Richfield Art Studio for information.
