Birthday Art Party, up to 2.5 hours, $250, $22 per additional Artist Invite up to 10 guests to enjoy an art-filled Birthday Party. This party package includes a handmade fabric Birthday Banner that features the Guest of Honor's name & an inflatable fabric Birthday cake. Select one of our handmade clay art projects. You are welcome to bring additional decorations, cake / cupcakes, ice cream and a light meal. The Guest of Honor may open Birthday presents at the conclusion of the party.
Pottery Wheel Birthday Party, up to 2.5 hours, $250 Invite up to 5 guests to enjoy an art-filled Birthday Party. Party guest will learn how to create up to two small bowls on the potter's wheel and glaze their work. All pottery is microwave dishwasher safe and food friendly. Chalk Art Birthday Party, $375 We will come to you! Artist, Sarah Costic, will fill your sidewalks and drive with vibrant chalk murals designed to suit the theme of your child’s birthday party. In addition, we will provide a chalk art demonstration and guide your party guests through the fun process of creating beautiful chalk murals. All chalk, art materials, mural, and adorable wash station is provided.
Birthday Workshop, up to1.5 hours, $160 for up to five Artists, $22 per additional Artist The Birthday Workshop is designed for a small group in need of a special art activity to compliment the Birthday Party that will be continued in another location. We will plan a special art activity for your party to enjoy. Select one of our handmade clay art projects. Other classes may take place simultaneously to this workshop.
Wiggle Wire Projects, Capture the rhythmic pattern of waves that ebb over soft white sand in a series of pottery pieces. Create four small tiles to be used as coasters or mounted together to form a wall piece or make a tall cylindrical jar with a rhythmic lid.
Porcelain Portrait Tile, artists will enjoy creating 6"X9" Porcelain Portrait Tiles. This special tile captures the personality of each artist & will be a cherished handmade keepsake for years to come.
Create your very own name plate! Customize a name plate for your bedroom, art studio, or basement door.
Make an Ugly Mug! Inspired by the Ugly Jugs made by Potter's of North Carolina, create your very own Ugly Mug. Our potter's will turn the mug form and artists will sculpt the face & make a handle. each artists will glaze their mug the same day. Mugs are food safe & may be put into a microwave or dishwasher.
Toad House, A great summer party activity, kids will enjoy making a special house for garden toads. Artists will use brown stoneware and coil construction to make their toad house.
Wall Pockets, are a party favorite for our younger artists. The wall pockets are fun and easy to make. They may be customized to reflect the season, celebrate friendships, or used to hold dreams and wishes.
Bird Feeder, A good activity any time of the year, Artists will make a clay birdfeeder using brown stoneware and coil construction. Each feeder is gift wrapped with a satchel of bird seed ready to serve.
The Garden Party, inspired by American Painter, Georgia O'Keefe & South African artist, Astrid Dahl, features an informative presentation about each artist's passion for creating floral artwork. Artists will create either porcelain flower sculptures or vibrant paintings using oil pastels.
Big Belly Bowl, this fun project is designed for ages 4 and up. Artists will enjoy making their favorite animal into a Big Belly Bowl. These happy creatures will be splashed with a touch of purple, pink, & turquoise glaze. Perfect to be used as a candy or snack dish!
Piece of Cake! a printmaking or painting project inspired by the delightful deserts painted by artist, Wayne Thiebaud.
Turn two bowls using the Potter's Wheel! Potter's will enjoy their first experience turning and glazing two functional, food friendly bowls. Everything tastes better when served in a bowl made with your own hands.
The Family Couch, Artists will enjoy sculpting their mom & dad, brother & sister, and the family pet using soft slab construction. This project will remain a favorite for years to come.
